Q1Will it look fake?

Furniture is sized from the room’s own doors and ceilings, stands on the floor with real contact shadows and is lit by the light in your photo. The room itself is never rebuilt. Every example on this page is a real result.

Q2What does an AI real estate photo editor do?

Stagey is five tools for the listing photo problems agents run into most: an empty room (virtual staging), no evening shoot (Day to Dusk), a grey sky (Sky Fix), furniture or clutter in the frame (Remove clutter), and a furnished room that needs to be emptied first (Remove furniture). Q3Which tool do I need?

If the room is empty, use Virtual staging. If it's furnished with the wrong furniture, use Remove furniture first, then stage it. For exteriors, Sky Fix replaces a grey sky and Day to Dusk turns a daytime shot into a twilight one. Remove clutter brushes out anything else that shouldn't be in the photo.

Q4Do I need to disclose an edited photo in a listing?

Most portals and MLS boards ask you to label enhanced or virtually staged photos. In the US, the National Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics (Article 2) requires disclosing materially altered photos, and NAR's own legal-affairs guidance is that a listing agent shouldn't put altered photos on the MLS without disclosure. Rules for other markets and boards vary. Our disclosure guide covers the wording.

Q5Does it work on phone photos?

Yes. Every tool works on a clear, well-exposed photo taken on a phone, not just a camera with a wide lens. Straight, level shots give the best results.
